What are the ISES Esprit Awards?
The ISES Esprit Awards program is designed to acknowledge the extraordinary efforts, performance, and outstanding contributions of ISES members in the special events industry.

What is the cost to enter the Awards?

The ISES Esprit Awards cost $100 per entry submission until May 2nd, 2010 11:59 PST.  Any entries submitted after May 2nd 11:59 PST until May 9th  at 11:59 PST will incur an additional $25 fee per entry.  Any awards submitted after May 9th 11:59 PST will not be accepted in the awards competition.

Who can enter the awards?
Any ISES member in good standing on or before May 9th  is eligible to enter the ISES Esprit Awards competition.

Why should I enter the ISES Esprit Awards?
By entering the ISES Esprit Awards, you are able to demonstrate the caliber of work that you or your company creates.  This is your opportunity to show others in the industry your talent and what makes your company stand apart from the competition.  Imagine being able to tell your clients that you and your company are “award winning!”

Who Judges the Awards?
In order to maintain an unbiased judging process, the ISES Esprit Awards are entirely anonymous.  ISES event professionals throughout the world judge random award entries in various categories. ISES Headquarters ensures that no judge is judging an entry from their chapter or region.  Only ISES Headquarters tallies the awards. 

How do I enter?
The process is online.  The submission guide provided will help to answer common questions. Be sure to follow all of the rules and submit your entry by the noted deadline.  Eligible events must have occurred between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011. 

What are the most common reasons for disqualification?
If you follow the rules and submission instruction guide and category specific guidelines, your entry will be valid. Most common mistakes include: Logo, entrant name and/or company name included in the entered content, on submitted file names or in collateral materials. Incomplete budgets or those not including all elements/retail costs are also cause for disqualification.

Where and when are the ISES Esprit Awards presented and received?
ISES will recognize the outstanding accomplishments of ISES event professionals at the ISES Esprit Awards Celebration on August 04, 2012 at ISES Eventworld®-An Institute for Professional Development

What is the submission deadline date?
Entries are due by electronic submission on or before midnight, PST May 2, 2012.  Need a little extra time? This year late Entries will be accepted from 12:01 am, PST May 3, 2011 thru midnight, PST, May 9, 2012 an additional $25 fee will be charged for all late entries.  Absolutely no entries will be accepted after May 10, 2012.

Will my Entries Be Returned? All Entries are the sole property of ISES and will not be returned to any entrant.  However, new this year, every entrant has the option to print a pdf. of their submission.
