Judging Process and Panel

The ISES Esprit Awards program endeavors to create an impartial judging process and countless hours are put forth to ensure anonymity for every entry.  It is important that everyone understand the rigorous process of award recipient selection. The ISES Esprit Awards provide a juried competition for ISES event professionals from around the world to compete in the ISES Esprit Annual Awards program.

In order to maintain fairness in the judging, the ISES Esprit Awards are entirely anonymous and are first pre-judged by event professionals who make up the International ISES Esprit Awards committee.  ISES recognizes talent through competitions juried by industry leaders, throughout the world who form sub-committees to judge the award entries by category.  Each judging team’s scores are returned to ISES Headquarters to be totaled to determine winners in each award category. ISES hosts the Awards to honor talented event professionals.
