Back by popular demand! A place to relax, network and discover the ISES Connections Lounge will offer a relaxing atmosphere where you can meet with co-workers to plan your day over coffee or close with a cocktail, mingle with other attendees and share your thoughts and ideas gathered throughout the day.

This complimentary hospitality area with an ISES twist will be open to all ISES Eventworld® attendees to mix, mingle and network. Meet new contacts and see old friends. Cash bars will be open in the evenings and post-events.

Join us at the City Museum for the ISES Welcome Event and 25^th Anniversary Kick-Off – a great place for you to unwind and charge up all at the same time! Relax after the first day of the Conference and mingle with other event professional to meet, talk to and learn from other like-minded colleagues.

This very cool venue for the ISES Welcome Event is a one-of-a-kind! Housed in the 600,000 square-foot former International Shoe Company, the City Museum is an eclectic mixture of children's playground, funhouse, surrealistic pavilion, and architectural marvel made out of unique, found objects.

ISES Annual General Meeting - FREE this year!

Each year as part of ISES Eventworld, ISES holds its Annual General Meeting open to all ISES members. Join the ISES International Board of Governors and Leadership for the Annual Meeting to hear a recap of ISES' successes during the past year and upcoming plans for 2010-2011. In addition, the ISES Spirit of Excellence Awards will be presented to recognize outstanding ISES leaders, chapters and volunteers.

Note: NO fee required for the ISES Annual General Meeting.

ISES Esprit Awards Celebration

Each year, special events professionals from across the industry vie for recognition from their peers in hopes of winning a coveted award. This annual event gives members the chance to celebrate accomplishments and goals with colleagues and be acknowledged for their talents, passion and commitment to the special events industry. Do not miss this opportunity to see creative ideas in action.

The ISES Eventworld® 2011 ends with a grand finale: the 2011 ISES Esprit Awards Celebration. This unforgettable evening brings fine dining and dancing together with industry accolades, offering attendees a final chance to celebrate the special events industry.
